Pei Pei Cheng
Pei Pei Cheng is one of those rare names in cinema who returns to thrill and surprise audiences again and again. Born in Shaghai in 1946, Cheng relocated to Hong Kong when she was 14. Armed with a high school education and six years of ballet training, Cheng joined the Shaw Brothers' performing arts training course, which served as a springboard for her into a career as an actress with Shaw Brothers.
She made her film debut playing a male in The Lotus Lamp in 1963, but quickly made her screen presence felt when she starred in Pan Lei's Lover's Rock later that year.
During her years at Shaw Brothers, she made over 20 movies of which most were wuxia (martial arts) films. Cool but passionate, poised but lethal, Cheng carved herself an unbreachable niche as the "Queen of Swords" in classics such as Come Drink With Me (1966), Golden Swallow (1968), Dragon Swamp (1969), and The Lady Hermit (1971).
Cheng also showed that she was not just a swashbuckler. With her dancing background, she proved to be a natural in musicals such as Hong Kong Nocturne (1966) as well.
She left her successful career and moved to the U.S. to get married in 1971 after making The Lady Hermit in 1971. But she returned to Hong Kong in 1973 to make two movies for Golden Harvest.
She returned to Hong Kong for good in 1992, working in television, until Taiwanese auteur Ang Lee cast her as the Jade Fox in the Oscar-winning Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. The film brought her the best supporting actress award in the Hong Kong Film Awards and took her career to new international heights.

The Bruce Lee Diet
Obviously people associate Bruce Lee as being a master of martial arts who appeared in many films and had quite an amazing life. But one thing people may not be aware of is that Bruce Lee had a very strict diet which he stuck to, to keep him performing at the peak of his fitness. The Bruce Lee Diet consists of various factors which we will examine below.
Obviously before even thinking about copying the Bruce Lee Diet, you should consult...

I was student in this school,
www.yantaikungfu.com
I left in advance last winter.

I just love these guys who write on forums and tell us how Sensie Segal can't fight. During my life I had the pleasure of training with the late Sensie Shigeru Kimura and Sifu Mark Stewart. They had one thing in common and that was the respect of other MA.
Age and and obvious wieght problem may not have been kind to Sensie Segal but make no mistake he is one of the toughest MA who ever graced a dojo.
I'm new...

Bytheway
i don't think i said the right thing initially, it is not a style i need techniques for, just ways to make my punching/kicking harder/faster/more powerful, sorry for not making that clear.

Training
Then it is very difficult. I can tell you some excersizes, but i cannot correct you when you perform them wrong. And you will suck definately when you do it wrong when you join a club.
But i will try to give you some suggestions: Do some push-ups everyday to make you arms stronger. Put your arms shoulder width and move your elbows close to your body (for your triceps training). Make the pushups on your fists, this will harden...

No time
i know that its not the best way to go, but i really don't have the time to commit to a club or classes in any style.
It isn't so much a style i need advice on, just basic things (excersizes etc) i can practice so that when i leave school and have the time to join a club and begin learning a style, i don't suck.
Thanks anyway
