hmm

it really depends on what you're trying to do. i've said before that i don't really believe in just taking one style. in my opinion you should always try to be as "complete" as you can. what i mean is you should try to be an all-around martial artist, not lacking in any area of combat (punching, kicking, grappling, etc). i'd say kung fu, specifically wing chun, would probably be the most beneficial to start with. you can always try boxing, muay thai, jujitsu, whatever you prefer. i, personally, prefer all and then some. take what works in every style and apply that. take the best, discard the rest (i know that sounds corny but it works). i think you were asking what specific style of kung fu would be best for you, so my answer to that would have to be wing chun in my opinion. like i said though, it depends on what you're trying to do, your build, height, weight and athleticism.

The Bruce Lee Diet
Obviously people associate Bruce Lee as being a master of martial arts who appeared in many films and had quite an amazing life. But one thing people may not be aware of is that Bruce Lee had a very strict diet which he stuck to, to keep him performing at the peak of his fitness. The Bruce Lee Diet consists of various factors which we will examine below. Obviously before even thinking about copying the Bruce Lee Diet, you should consult...

Learning
I was student in this school, www.yantaikungfu.com I left in advance last winter. there are a little students in total during my stay. It's cold outside,ice-cold room inside, but Qu didn't even provide any heat system for us,and deducted more than forty percent of my deserved refund without any reasons when I decide to leave earlier.what a fraud he is.Qu know mantis fist only,(many people knew that )but he tell us that many kinds of kungfu he knew, indeed put a cheat on many...

I just love these guys who write on forums and tell us how Sensie Segal can't fight. During my life I had the pleasure of training with the late Sensie Shigeru Kimura and Sifu Mark Stewart. They had one thing in common and that was the respect of other MA. Age and and obvious wieght problem may not have been kind to Sensie Segal but make no mistake he is one of the toughest MA who ever graced a dojo. I'm new...

Bytheway
i don't think i said the right thing initially, it is not a style i need techniques for, just ways to make my punching/kicking harder/faster/more powerful, sorry for not making that clear.

Training
Then it is very difficult. I can tell you some excersizes, but i cannot correct you when you perform them wrong. And you will suck definately when you do it wrong when you join a club. But i will try to give you some suggestions: Do some push-ups everyday to make you arms stronger. Put your arms shoulder width and move your elbows close to your body (for your triceps training). Make the pushups on your fists, this will harden...

No time
i know that its not the best way to go, but i really don't have the time to commit to a club or classes in any style. It isn't so much a style i need advice on, just basic things (excersizes etc) i can practice so that when i leave school and have the time to join a club and begin learning a style, i don't suck. Thanks anyway
