Did somebody open my poll after I wanted it closed, or did I re-open when I went into berserker mode last night? Well, now both sides are fine. I'd like to remind everybody, though, that it was 80% for Johansson and 20% for Lee when I first closed it.

i guess that comment's for me. i thought the poll was still open. were you just gonna keep it open long enough to get the vote you wanted? that's kinda shady man. i can tell you're probably not a bruce lee fan, but to call him a "gimmick" is crazy. i hate when people speak on something that they know nothing about. do a little research man. oh well ignorance is bliss.

BRUCE LEE!! Anyone who disagrees with that sould have their head examined! If he were alive and in his prime it is entirley possible that he could beat anyone in the world. Period.

I know he had a preference for kicking techniques, although he did possese skills in the areas of grappling.

Now, from my understanding, Ingemar was a heavyweight who had a good right.

What would happen if Ingemar was in punching range of Lee. Remember now, Lee was not very well known for pressure testing, while Johansson has fought tons of times. If Lee got hit flush on the chin, that could disrupt the rest of the match for him.


Sometimes I like to match up Lee in an early UFC tournament. In UFC 1, I figure his best odds are against Teila Tuli and Art Jimmerson. Against Gerard Gordeau, Royce Gracie, and Ken Shamrock, he could be in real trouble.

In UFC 2, he could have a good go against: Fred Ettish, Sean Daugherty, Scott Morris, Alberto Cero Deleon, Thaddeus Luster.
He'd have trouble against guys like: Royce Gracie, Pat Smith, Remco Pardeol, and a few of those journeymen and one-timers who got past the prelims.
