Jackie Chan VS Michelle Yeoh
In the final minutes of "Shanghai Knights", Jackie Chan & Owen Wilson slide down the British flag that is draped over Big Ben clock tower. This is the same stunt performed by Pierce Brosnan & Michelle Yeoh in the James Bond film "Tomorrow Never Dies". The only difference is that in TND, they slide down a banner of the main villain's face. One possible explanation is that Jackie & Michelle have been known to compete with each other for the most daring stunts.
Which stunt is the best of the two?

I concur
Yeah the First shang high noon was much better than the 2nd, but once you get in to fighting British people and at the same time making fun of singing in the rain..... yeah, thats like kung fu barney, but yes the stunts were good but not nearly as the chans older movies, like drunken master. I think after Rush hour 2 all of Chan's movies have been a fizzle out.

Michelle Yo Vs. Jackie
Hmmmm, Hard choice, Chan has the stunts down pretty good, but Yo has the Pretty good stunts down.
In the Movie I'd say Michelle Yo had the better stunts but Jackie had the most stunts.
But in my opinion, the stunts did not fit well with the correography, I was expecting better.
Thats why i did'nt like the movie

Martial Arts
i have been doing tai kwon do for about a year now and i also practice wing chun kung fu. in terms of what you might want, wing chun gets the job done...well and fast. you don't need to be strong, the style is strong by itself. tai kwon do is flashy and requires you to use brute strength. i enjoy both styles.
Capoeira was also another style i tried it was great and very flashy, if your choosing just for...

.
there is no best martial art, now days, unless you want to be a professional fighter, or you need to know fighting for your job, there is no reason why you should need to know more than self defence, incase you fall intoa situation where you need to defend yourself, or someone else.
but the answer lies within what can martial arts do for you, and what do you want to gain out of martial arts; whether it be fitness, self...

My *opinion*
I have tryed TKD for a year and a half.. I can see how it can be a good martial art.. but I had way to much art and not enough martial... If you find a good teacher then it is great and it is great in fights. I tryed kun fu.. it is great.. I loved it, my teacher did a lot of slef defense.. I am not sure if I liked it because he did a lot of...

timing
audio and video seem to become out of sync after part one of the film...good stuff, but hard to follow what is being demonstrated with it this way.

Bruce wasn't the first to bring Eastern MA over to the West. Edward William Barton-Wright, for example, brought Judo and Jiu-Jitsu from Japan to Europe well over half of a century before Lee's time. He even combined the styles with Western martial arts such as stickfighting, savate, boxing, and wrestling.
Eastern martial arts, as well as Lee's ideas, received much attention due to his movies. They were both popularized even though they were not necessarily new.
